Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the services sold on accuratecloud.in under the AccurateCloud brand (“the services”), operated by Ad Accurate Digital Service, Daftar Co Works, 261 Derawal Nagar, Delhi – 110009, India (“we”, “us”). By ordering or using a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Domains: registration, renewal and transfer of domain names through an ICANN-accredited registrar.
Hosting: shared, WordPress and reseller hosting accounts with cPanel.
Tally on Cloud: hosting of TallyPrime on our cloud servers for remote, multi-user access. A valid TallyPrime licence is required to use Tally on Cloud.

Plan features and prices are as shown on our website and in the client area at the time of ordering.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you register, keep your login details confidential and tell us at info@adaccurate.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you represent.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown is the price you pay; no GST or other tax is added.
Services are paid in advance for the billing period you choose.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your full card details.
Renewal invoices are sent before the due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, the service may be suspended and later terminated; a domain may expire and become unavailable.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the services for anything unlawful, or to host or send spam, phishing, malware, pirated software, or content that infringes others’ rights. You must not run processes that harm the server or other customers. We may suspend a service that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

5. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and of ICANN. The domain is registered in the name and details you provide, and you are responsible for keeping them accurate. Registration and renewal fees are paid to the registry and cannot be refunded once the domain is registered.

6. Your data and backups

You own the content you store on our servers. We take regular backups as part of the service, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.

7. Availability

We work to keep services available at all times, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

8. Cancellation and refunds

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
