Ad Accurate Digital Service, Daftar Co Works, 261 Derawal Nagar, Delhi – 110009, India (“we”, “us”) operates accuratecloud.in. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

  • Customers: name, business name, email address, phone number and billing address; order and payment records; support correspondence; login records and IP addresses.
  • Domain registrations: the registrant contact details that the registry requires.
  • Website visitors: what you send us through the contact form, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

We do not collect or store your full card or bank details. Payments are handled by our payment gateway.

2. Why we use it

  • To set up, run and bill the services you order
  • To register and manage your domain names
  • To answer your enquiries and provide support
  • To send service notices such as invoices, renewal reminders and security alerts
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and keep our systems secure

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed to provide the service: with the domain registrar and registry (for domain registrations), our payment gateway (to take payment), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Cookies

This website uses one essential session cookie, needed for forms and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). Contact-form messages are kept for up to two years.

6. Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to our systems is limited to authorised staff and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@adaccurate.in. Some records must be kept by law even after an account is closed.
